The panelization of a custom home package starts in many different ways.  Usually, our clients start with a home consultation followed by design sketches and then fully engineered plans from our architects. A detailed cost estimate is worked out for the engineering and the construction of the custom home design.
 

More often a plan is needed either to fit the actual lot that a client has purchased. Others come to us with literally piles of clippings, sketches and notes representing years of thinking about what they want in their dream home.
